Imo-Med Certificate

The IMO, International Maritime Organization, is the specialized United Nations institute responsible for promoting cooperation between member countries and ensuring the safety of navigation and the protection of the marine environment.

The MED directive (Marine Equipment Directives) 2014/90/EU aims to standardize, at a European level, the conformity of equipment intended for passenger and cargo ships.

By verifying the reaction to fire, and the toxicity and opacity of the fumes, we achieve high levels of fire prevention, guaranteeing the protection of
